FolkDC has built a complete pedagogic kit and resources for primary teachers to use European Folk music in their teaching practice to motivate language learning and introduce European cultures and music. The resources include:
- 20 folk songs in 10 European languages. ATTT: songs and templates
- Templates and translations. ATTT: songs and templates
- Language, Culture and Music activities. ATTT: activities
- Self-evaluation templates. ATTT: self-evaluation
- ‘How to’ videos on using digital audio and video ICT tools. ATTT: How to videos
The project has a YouTube channel where teachers can upload videos of their students singing and a Wiki where teachers can ‘embed’ their schools videos with notes.
